I like it VERY much and it's one of Madonna's best screen performances. She just seems effortless in it, which she rarely managed elsewhere.

Haven't watched it in YEARS, though.

Adore this film, tried to find it to watch recently as no one I know seems to have heard of it (!) and came across the reboot series idea, here for that!

Love it! Although the end I find very sad when they’re all old.

I don’t know why because it’s meant to be a warm fluffy ending but the way it’s done, emphasising the fragility of life, is very melancholy. I’ve actually stopped the film before the end In the past to avoid the downer :D Forrest Gump has a similar tone.

Such a delightful film! I don't know the first thing about baseball, but I loved it at the time. Lovely performances and it's just so warm and sweet. Madge's song is a beaut too!

One of my all time childhood faves. They don't make them like this anymore, etc etc.

Madge and Rosie in this film 🥰
