It's her vanishing point. Vocally she sounds both full beam and at complete ease. The Cathy Dennis inspired backing vocals are the gusts of wind she's never came down from. Breathtaking.

Cathy Dennis inspired before anyone knew who Cathy Dennis was?

She's GOOD but she ain't THAT good...

Fucking incredible. File it with 'This Time I Know It's For Real' under the greatest SAW MEISTERWERKS :disco:

I mean it's the TITS NO DOUBT, but I never knew it when it came out and when I did discover it, I was reliably told it was HER GAY CLASSIC FACT by every gay and I had no choice but to appreciate it. So for that reason alone it's only a 13.

LOVE that live performance video.

And footage of the horrible, jazzy big band version from On a Night Like This kept to a minimum.

ROL singles rank:

1. Better the Devil You Know
2. Step Back in Time
3. What Do I Have to Do?
4. Shocked

Isn't that the order they were released - OH
