Definitely not my pick for Top 10 for that album, but I just love that she's winning. She's so much fun.

The US campaign sure has been weird. I wonder if they'll try something else from what remains or will she move on to another one? I can't believe Halluicante got paid dust just like that; I would like to see Cool or Pretty Please given a push :disco:

Agreed! I think Cool could work here on the radio as well, even though it’s not one of my favorites

"Cool" is my favorite from the album. Release it now and based on her record it will be top five in time for summer!

Hallucinate wouldn't have done shit in the US, it's the definition of fun for the UK. they chose the proper US singles perfectly

I didn't mean that, of course Hallucinate was never going to do any business in the US because "it's not urban enough and it's too ~gay"

What I meant was that Hallucinate deserved its moment to shine, a better video and a little bit more promo :(

:D I was thinking of the chart positions of Give Your Heart A Break as a comparison, but a little off apparently
I think that holds the record! #16 on the Hot 100, #1 at pop.

I'm still smarting that the Blessed Madonna remix and its dirty AF bassline did nothing so she had to quickly grab DaBaby for a feature to redeem the song's commercial success.

I don't think that's how it played out :D

nobody imagined Madonna and Missy on Levitating would be sending it top ten. Club Future Nostalgia was just a fun side project.

she had to quickly grab DaBaby for a feature to redeem the song's commercial success.

unfortunately ,in the current musical climate, she had to do this even though it's not "technically" a remix (a la JLO in the 00's) they just tacked a DaBaby verse and some adlibs to be considered a "new" version so it could get playlisted in every major Spotify playlist in order to gain more streams and get noticed.

That's why I'm guessing they're either moving onto a new era or releasing a completely new song as the next single, at least in the US, and they should to keep the Grammys momentum going.

On the contrary, I imagined Dua's popularity would send the song in to the top ten and Madonna and Missy would enjoy a brief spell long-gone chart success!

Levitating just hit a NEW PEAK on Spotify with over 5m streams yesterday and is about to hit a NEW PEAK of #4 on the Hot 100 (top 3 clearly a strong possibility) :disco: this bitch CAN'T STOP WINNING. :disco:

it's at 24 in the current UK mids due to ACR but would actually be top 5 otherwise.

Not bad for an album that debuted/peaked a year ago :disco:

I didn't notice! Streaming can be so confusing.

Apparently it has a slight chance at #1 in the US if the next two weeks. What a slow burner :disco:

Ball and Chain and all of the other hundreds of leaks it seems are from either the debut era or the early sessions for Future Nostalgia before she switched direction.

she can DO BETTER and i'd like new new music pls.

something very weird is happening. Levitating is almost certainly this week's Hot 100 #1, but on Monday Billboard announced a 24 hour delay in publishing the Hot 100, and also un-published Streaming Songs and a couple of other already announced charts. It's now Wednesday and still there's no word on the Hot 100.

if they take this away from Dua there will be riots. the little dula peeps will storm Dr. William Board's office.

so she is officially #2, Bruno is #1.

suspiciously her digital sales were first reported at 24k but are now 19.7k, which seems to have made the difference...
