Baked beans fine, but since childhood I’ve always been turned sick by the sight and smell of spaghetti hoops. Had to dart past a few posts in here.

Anyone for a toast topper?

Baked beans are utterly fucking horrifying and the harbinger of Western cuisine. Anything in the godawful DEVIL'S MENSES that is the tomato slop Heinz peddle!

Actually make that ALL HEINZ PRODUCTS FULL STOP

Just checked and I found this from 2015:
I'm not into pies, but this topic DID awaken my boyhood desire for Heinz Toast Toppers, my favourite vile treat of them all. I'm quite distressed to find they don't seem to make them any more :( I've checked Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and B&M - although to be fair I've not looked in Waitrose yet.
If I'd looked harder I could've got some on Amazon that would have probably still been in date!

The replies to the Weetabix tweet were awesome, I was tittering for hours at them.
I love Weetabix and I like Heinz beans but would never consider having the two together. I either have four Weetabix with a pint of milk on or two Weetabix with butter on.

On the subject of toastie toppers I still have my tin in the cupboard that Mr F made into a chad. It was use by July 2012 (I've just checked). I'll never eat it obviously, I keep it because it's proof that Mr F loves me.

I never actually clicked to see the replies. OMG :D

I love that my well-documented REPULSION at some British food "staples" is being passed onto new generations of foreigners now that I have been REPROGRAMMED so deeply as to even enjoy some TINNED BEANS ON TOAST on occasion :D:shy:

Oh no that was far too sour and reminds me of infant school trips, having to peel the cling film off squashed sandwiches, which also often contained these foul smelling contents...

Oh god my dad used to have this shit in his sandwiches for work. The smell of the CRAB one lives with me til this day. No wonder he hated his job.
