I think it's safe to create a new thread. If it does just end up being a Tension (+ more) record then we can just combine it with the existing Tension thread. Anyway track times are coming in and so far they are all under 3 minutes. I hate the trends of today.

Someone For Me does have a Sigala/SG Lewis summery dance vibe. It’s 2:34 long.

Got Me Good is okay but too much like a DISCO era song. 2:44

Lights, Camera, Action is supposedly the new/next single and is releasing very soon.

Why do this? If she has enough new material just make another album - it'll sell better and will be more marketable.

I think it's because she is intent on touring Tension and they probably have venues booked for next year.
 
Though some people are claiming another album IS due next year which I find unlikely quite frankly.

I mean none of these post Tension collabs have been great really. Fun little bops but nothing that’s going down in the history books.

For all intents and purposes it's a The Blessed Madonna track so I don't see why it can't exist concurrently.

Besides it was recently playlisted by Kiss and is currently growing on Spotify (highest reach since week 1 and currently #3 in Kylie's top 5).
 
I'm all for Kylie working with fresh collaborators or doing a fun guest vocal here and there, but Edge of Saturday Night just feels like the kind of trend-chasing that never serves her particularly well. (See also: Ripping off the then-hot Goldfrapp on 2 Hearts and pretty much the entire Kiss Me Once project). Fine if it's a one-off, but I'll be worried if it signals the direction for a new album.

So if you zoom in on the vinyl it looks like Edge Of Saturday Night and Midnight Ride round off Side A.

I just hope Dance Alone isn't on this.
 
I don't mind Dance Alone being there for completeness. It is not my favourite but I'm certainly not buying the Sia album so having it there on the end is fine I guess.

We're still getting a (short) album's worth of new material.
