Although GRANTED comparing it with Evig kärlek is a fool's errand because frankly there are a fair few entertainers that could have come up with the Carpool Karaoke performance, but LITERALLY ONLY NANNE could have created Evig kärlek :disco:
 
Carpool Karaoke really is appalling on many levels - the near-tuneless verse! :D - but I’d still rather watch and hear THAT again than any of the other guff in tonight’s DV. I mean REALLY!

Her only crime was mentioning James Corden in the lyrics. The rest of it was a moment for the ages.

It’s actually a really hard song to sing, it’s very wordy and her performance involves a lot of movement, so no wonder she struggled a bit! I’ve been singing it all day. It’s the kind of song that Michela should have sung last year for Malta, I think.
 
I feel like there’s something I’m not hearing with Brave. It sounds like something Moldova would send on an off-year to me.
 
Brave is that inoffensive filler song in every National Final that is going nowhere, I dont understand the hype around it. I hope it's just Kala and friends if Sweden doesn't want another NQ. :side-eye:

I think so. Pretty certain some melfest songs were blocked last year then made available wider. As I’m they are new releases, their restriction will be deliberate rather than oversight so I can’t do anything there!

I haven't been for years now. For reasons I explained elsewhere. I don't even really watch anymore.

I'm actually in Stockholm this weekend, but I can't think anything will remotely involve the MF, which is sad.
