Just wanted to share that I gained 10 kilos since the first quarantine which made me classify from normal to obesity type 1. Which is huge and the realization made me feel like proper shit. Anyways after taking ages to acknowledge that this was my responsibility cause I let it happen and that it is really unhealthy and possibly critical in the case that I get corona, I basically forbid myself all sorts of late night meals and icecreams and snacks, all sorts of pre-prepared food and added a 5kms walk and one hour of swimming to my daily routine. It's not much activity and instead of making me feel more tired it actually made me feel better and healthier. Also lost 5 of the 10 kilos and am now down to overweight. Which is still bad but slightly better. 5 kiios still to get rid off.
