They’re great of course but it’s always a lucky dip for me because I hate fatty bacon. I’m one of those open the bacon butty and pull the fat off type of people. Makes me gag.

Same. I honestly can’t believe that I only discovered last year that baking bacon in the oven rather than frying is so much better to get it nice and crispy. All the fat just crisps up and becomes edible.
