For some reason I had in my head she was part of the Carry On crew, but I must be confusing her with a less SERIOUS actress.

Either way, I enjoyed her in The Queen.

I was always amused by her name as a child. Clearly my love for alliteration started early and Sylvia really dished it up with the delicious double SY. Also there’s something rather entertaining about SYMS
