Last time I went to the Gold Coast I...

- stayed awake from Friday to Sunday
- fell down a short flight of stairs
- did drugs in front of my shellshocked cousins
- fought with homophobic bouncers, and when they didn't believe how many female patrons would leave if myself and the other gay in the group were kicked out, I counted them loudly as they walked out of the club
- tried to get back in a few hours later by taking my glasses off and pretending not to be me
- repeatedly requested (and was denied) Untouched by The Veronicas in an R&B club
- was told by a man on the street to untuck my shirt because "you'll get more chicks that way"
- had a sexual experience with a taxi driver
