I think it can depend on the currency - you'll be fine with Euros, but some other ones they need a day or two's notice to order it in (I had a bit of a headache with Turkish lira a few months ago).

I just remembered that there was a deadline to check if your property is correctly declared on some state website cause if it's not you won't be able to sell it and the state can claim it as its own and a) mine's not listed at all despite having paid the declaration costs b) the deadline for corrections was 3 days ago.
But after having a panic attack, I've found they've given an extension. Which they don't even mention on their website. You have to ask them.
