RPDR UK S2 E6 - SNATCH GAME!

I very much enjoyed the episode despite the WAILING and ok Snatch Game.
 
Bimini had me CACKLING. I love her so much.

Tia is a STAR. So ropey but so charming. I hope one day she gets to do All Stars (dressed by someone else).

Lawrence Chaney just lifting entire quotes from Miriam's interviews... WHERE ARE THE JOKES?

Still, if ever there was a lip-sync where you didn't want EITHER to go... Just send home the safe queens Ru :(
 
Well that was a MEDIOCRE snatch game saved by an AMAZING Katie Pwice.

Tia was as endearingly shit as ever, but time to go, getting bored of Lawrence crying for no reason but can we please get rid of Sister and Ellie next for a Bimini/Tayce/Awhora/Lawrence top 4.

Awhora has grown on me a lot and I wouldn’t mind her being in the final but that London clique top 3 wouldn’t be a good luck and there’s no way Lawrence avoids the final.

I’m totally here for a Bimini win now.

It was SO TIME for Tia to go. LOVE HER, but it would have just been SAD if she'd been here for much longer - it already felt like a week too far.
RuPaul basically being confused as to why Tia hasn't taken any notes from fellow 7ft9 queen Naomi Smalls on the runway was quite :D too. How many times did she have to tell her she had an amazing body :D

I LOVE A'Whora now, switching her and Sister Sister as the villain was a masterstroke. She's much better as a lovable brat than a Phi Phi wannabe. Also serving Mahmood as a boy, and Adore Delano as a girl - TALENT!

The judging was odd - love Tayce, but we barely got to see her in Snatch game, and A'Whora's leg joke was one of the best of the whole thing.

Oh and OBVIOUSLY Bimini to win, what a great ambassador for the UK they would be. However as I said previous - I'm not opposed to Lawrence winning to allow Bimini another 8-10 episode run at All Stars :disco:
 
Bimini was incredible - however my knees were knocking in fear when they were so-so on her outfit and for reasons unknown praised Tayce across the board. She literally just quoted Kath's character, there was no real snatch game interaction in the way you'd expect. I felt like they'd cut something we didn't see. So so happy Bimini got the win, she's grown on me so much

Poor Lawrence, obviously there has been much worse but it was still a whole load of nothing, however that lip sync was GREAT - she earned that survival for sure.

Sister's choice was easy, but admittedly I laughed at least once.

A'Whora clearly put a lot of effort in, and I feel she deserves credit. Seemed way out of her comfort zone and coped well

Ellie was fucking dreadful I thought. Shouldn't still be here when we think of who has gone this series.

Tia is forever amazing, but mostly out of drag. I mean even as Mel B, she was just Tia! Which was hilarious in its own way
 
Not a vintage snatch game, was it? It felt very STILTED. Where was the interaction between them all? It's like they all politely waited their turn and didn't dare interrupt anyone else. Full on exchanges were desperately missing
 
Judging was off kilter again. Sorry but I looked up Psychic Sally to check what Sister's performance was like and as I expected it was FUCKING AWFUL. Who has she sucked off on production to still be in?

When Ru asked Lawrence 'but how are you going to make Miriam Margolyes FUNNY' i was like... huh? She's HILARIOUS. It was interesting seeing how badly it actually went when someone just repeats verbatim her jokes. They only work when they come from Miriam herself. (Then again, they laughed every time that queen that did Mary Berry last year said something 'rude', so it does feel like they just laugh at what they wanna laugh at).

Bimini was the runaway winner. Absolutely perfect.

Personally I'd have done:

Tops:
Bimini
A'Whora (how she was bottom 3 is beyond me)

Middles:
Tayce
Ellie (not bad to be honest)
Lawrence

Bottoms:
Tia
Sister
 
In case you didn’t hate Sister enough already, the reason for her ODD drag name is that she had to change it on account of it formally being, SISTER FIBROSIS.
 
I thought Ellie looked very fancy dress as usual, and her Vicky Pollard didn't really go anywhere - the character is brash and ridiculous, so of course she stood out in that sense, but I don't think she nailed anything actually funny, and the impersonation was questionable anyway.

But then I'd still have put Tia and Lawrence bottom 2 this week, so fair enough.

I felt like the show was trolling us with that Sister and Ellie safe scene backstage, given everything said on here since it started :D
 
Lawrence effortlessly and politely destroying Sister Sister within the first few minutes of the show was an underrated highlight, somebody CLIP IT OUT now!

Also, it's mean but I'm very here for the top 4 clique :D Icons all four of them.
 
Aww yeah it was time for Tia to go. Sorry boo, but I only stan talent.

She she showed more talent AFTER she got eliminated :D
