I liked this, the musical wasn’t a classic but it was decent enough. I’m glad that Denali didn’t end up in the bottom, other than Olivia it really was up in the air who was top and bottom and when they split them I couldn’t be sure.

First time that Tina looked good (during the performance). I kinda sensed that they were not gonna get rid of Kandi. Next week is snatch game and I think it’ll be Elliott’s time to go as it should be.

Also giving Olivia that Grey undershirt to perform in was criminal. She had sweat patches everywhere by the end.

I did however think they were too harsh on both Tina and Kandy.

I actually loved Kandy’s black wig, and really really hated her yellow look. The hair and make up made her look 100 years old.

I'm sort of at peace with the result, I certainly didn't want to lose Symone, but I have to say Kandy won that lip sync. Kandy hasn't been that annoying lately, except production seem only to be interested in her. This was a great chance to get rid of Tina though, I'm surprised they pulled the double-save trick when it wouldn't have been that shocking to put Tina in the bottom..

When I heard it was a Rusical I thought "oh lol Moopy are going to go off", and I usually enjoy them. BUT THAT WAS DOGSHIT! Not funny, or catchy. I recently watched the latest Johnny English film on Netflix (yes, drag me, I deserve it) and it was grim, let's have a film about how things were better in the old days and we could hate the French and nobody wanted our data and blah blah mobile phones, written by people in their 50s. This it what I felt about the Rusical, boring takes about social media written by some late-40s Elvis Costello. YUK

No teaser for next week? Snatch Game must be due, right?

1) Denali - Even more S2 Tati energy getting gooped at the audition, but I'm glad it didn't turn into her Blac Chyna moment. I love her runways, and her talking heads, she's a lot better when she isn't plucked, and I'm glad to see her Top 3 again (before she presumably fucks Snatch Game)

2) Rosé - The winner is Rosééééééééé! I was CONVINCED they were going to Jan her, especially after the runway. It's weird, sometimes it looked like a Marigold, but in different lighting it was pretty orange. The Mask thing didn't QUITE come off, I think a bolder green might have sit it all off. But even though I sense evil (she was just about keeping a lid on it), she's one of my favourites, and her friendship with Denali really IS something great to watch.

3) Elliott - I'm surprised to say #3 but I think she's the one being slept on a bit, her runways have been solid, and even though I'm not that interested in dancing, she really IS a wonderful mover. She just got saddled with a bit of a shitty role this time.

4) Olivia - Still very lovely, but that Rusical was not it. Did they bring the costumes or have them provided, because that sweaty grey top was dreadful, it didn't even make sense... A white one would have not had that trouble, and presumably it was to fit the Facebook palette of Blue & White?! I'm sure she will rise in my ranking again.

5) Symone - Yeah, rough week, a bit troubling that she can bomb that badly when her confidence has been pretty bulletproof until now. I like her runways, but aren't they getting a bit samey now? Pull it together, I was rooting for you!

6) Utica - What a ridiculously difficult part, and they didn't acknowledge at all that she got through it pretty perfectly. The runway this time was different, but not in a particularly exciting way. She's still really nice etc. but I think she needs to come up with another WOW moment.

7) Gottmik - Well this is a HIGH 7, I did enjoy her a lot this week, the Russian thing was great, and she's a lot more likable when she's away from the Mean Girls. I need an emancipation, STAT. The Crash Test Dummy was strong, it's a shame Denali did that in the Bag Ball...

8) Kandy - She did the worst she's done this week, even though I didn't hate the runway. But weirdly I liked her more than usual, I can see she's passionate, and when she's not just talking about how she's going to thlay this competition (honestly how many times has she said the word competition?), she's alright. I'm starting to think she's not stealing airtime, she's just being given it all.

9) Tina - What IS it that you do, successfully? Quickly. Well it wasn't Rusicals, apparently. Competently done, but not interesting at all. Gagged that the ONLY time she didn't do the Red, Orange, Yellow vile palette, and it's not the little black dress runway, but the yellow runway? :D How many sets of 'comedy' breasts does she have? Moopy's coming for Sister Sister seemingly only having shitty things to say about other queens, I feel like that for Tina

Good episode but dreadful Rusical.

I don’t understand Tina being in the bottom at all.
All the way through I thought she was an obvious standout. Weird. Also glad they finally discussed Graham too.

I was more surprised when Ru said Sashay Away, it was that obvious a double save. It was a good lip sync from both.

Very glad Rosé was the winner. She was definitely the best this week, alongside Denali and (for me) Tina. I absolutely have no idea how Gottmik ended in the top. I found the runway “meh” and completely forgot her in the challenge. Admittedly not as bad as Kandy or Symone, though...

Do they normally reveal so much in a teaser? You can see all nine characters and their name cards.

I cannot believe we live in a world where Tia Kofi is sent packing but they keep fucking Kandy in the same week. Abhorrent.

Hoping Rosé channels Michelle Gomez as Mary Queen of Scots next week.

Hoping for Rosé to deliver the Scottish Snatch Game we were all waiting in vain for on DRUK

Supergran?

With you on most of this. Gottmik was 'OK'... that's all. TBH, I thought Denali was not much better, but could tell they were being edited as 'tops' from the obnoxious laughing from the panel throughout the Russian performance.

Symone really was by far and away the weakest this week - it was kinda strange how she ended up so far below the remaining contestants having been such a standout performer in almost every other challenge. If I were to choose a second bottom 2 performer though, I'd probably go for Elliott. Not sure what she brought this week. Didn't give me the Billie Eilish vibes they seemed to want AT ALL.

I really would have happily seen Kandy go this week... can't believe that we've now had 4 episodes with noone going home. I thought they'd skip the double save this year.

The thing is, the first three episodes of nobody going home kind of WERE worth it - it's good to have more time to get to know the cast before someone goes when the cast is as big as it is, and it meant Kahmora Hall really felt like she'd been given a proper chance and a test drive by the time she went. But who on EARTH was rooting for Kandy Muse to stay this week?

God I'm so desperate for one of those 3 from the clique of hell to go out to wipe the smugness of their faces. I enjoyed it while it lasted this week.

I mean did we really need three weeks of someone as inept as Kamhora though?

weeks 2 and 3 we only saw 7 and 6 queens respectively. Surely there was enough to go on by that point to get rid of one (especially the ones who’d already failed a lip sync on week 1). Too many chances if you ask me.

I think not sending anyone home for the first two episodes is a good way to give all queens a chance to shine and for the viewers to get to know them. This epsiode it felt very out of place to save them both. If you want to keep Kandy, why putting her in the bottom? She wasn’t much worse than last week?
They could’ve easily put Eliott in the bottom, I was sure they would.

That's the entire point - seeing smaller groups gives us a chance to get to know them properly. It was the third week that made it clear Kahmora was inept and hadn't just had a bad week 2!

After watching Untucked, I hate the results even more and I’m a bit over Symone. I just can’t like that clique.

FUCK this episode. I've never wanted someone to LEAVE as much as this. And then she stays.....

The actual episode JUST missed being average.

I mean basically EVERYONE was moaning by Week 4 about how slow it was if you look back at the threads. Whether it gave all the queens a chance to shine or whatever, it's a TV show, and it lost all momentum because of it.

I'd like to have seen more of LYNNE in Big Brother 3, but we can't all have what we want.

Oh thank god Symone stayed. The way the judges were squealing over Kandy's roadkill moments had me worried.

I personally thought Olivia outshone Rosé who forgot to actually put any nuance into.

I even thought Elliott's section was the most interesting if not fully realised. Her approach during recording actually shone a light on it as it were, that wouldn't have worked another way.

Okay, double save. Kandy's moments were good in the phone frame, but after that it wasn't great and of course when the wig was on her face it was obviously going to be an over stated critique for her.

Maybe the queens should be given an hour or 2 to change the lines if they want as these musicals are rather stale at this point.

How can I have so much to say about DRUK and so little to say about this? I quite like all the cast, and I am not mad at the result.

I didn't hate Kandy as much this week - though I really don't think her lip sync was very good at all. I honestly don't think it's to do with her size, she's just really messy and un-coordinated.

It's just so patently clear that they decided from day one that she'd be in the final four, it's not even worth getting wound up about any more.

The Silky / Eureka / Kandy obnoxious big girl archetype is always a Top 4 lock.
I don't really get why they keep driving it given it goes down so badly with the viewers every single time. There are plenty of bigger queens who've had the decency to work through their type B personality disorders before filming out there!
