Conclusions you come to of me routinely incorrect
I don’t know who you’re talking to with such fucking disrespect

the instrumental before the final chorus is such a BLAST of Euphoria. I think I really like Underneath

Straitjacket - oh my :D
to clarify - a blast of euphoria the sensation, not the bloodthirsty Moopy poster (who coincidentally likely does need a straightjacket)

This is off topic, but I cant stop dwelling on it. I just went to lunch, and my waiter was someone I had met at a bar before, and I didn't recognize him, and he called me out

was he a gay?

honestly have no idea if Straitjacket is amazing or an abomination. I think I need to listen on decent earphones to conclude. I feel Madonna would consider it reductive, but this came out the same year as Spanish Lesson so bitch pls

I put the lyrics to Versions of Violence on my Myspace once and some random HOTTEST GUY I HAVE EVER SEEN slid into my DMs with a HUGE ESSAY about the song and the lyrics and then fucked off. VIOLENCE!

pricking myself with bloodthinning injections as Versions of Violence plays is a bit of a mood

Not As We is rather lovely but That Particular Time is the clear winner in the 'Alanis does Heartbreak' competition

This is kind of reminding me of that actually

I used to think Not As We was one of the best break up songs ever but now I just want to say GET OVER IT, it's just a break up, the world hasn't ended, you don't have cancer, OH HEAVEN HELP YOU having to refer to yourself in the singular you FREAK.

Anyway that's just my own issues showing.

I don't think it's quite That Particular Time levels of heartbreak but it's beautiful and the piano and melody are a bit prettier

This is the second one I've loved, after Underneath
