So I enjoyed it overall, though I think it'll need a few listens to bed in. It's a lot less instant than the previous albums.
And River Lea came on Spotify straight after and just felt a lot more catchy and compact. But obviously that's not what she was going for this time!

"Strange by Nature" and "My Little Love" are QUITE LUSH. My expectations were rather low after "Easy on Me" did nothing for me. Still only on track 4.

"Can I Get It" sounds like a HIT. I definitely hear the "Faith" influence (probably unintentional tbh).
The whistle, guitar, maracas (?) and the "COOOOME WITH ME!" hook are a delight. The first verse kind of gives me "Rolling in the Deep" vibes too.
