I thought the winner was in the last night's show, now I'm not so sure, so it might be among these.

That said the topic chatter isn't always indicative of the final vote

I do wonder if the hyperbolic chatter within the threads impacts on the voting or if we underestimate the impact of the SILENT MAJORITY.

There have been a few songs across the ASFMs that have had folks CRYING and SHAKING as if they were locked on winners. Only to finish 14th.

Still not been able to quite pinpoint how the voting will go. Which makes the results all the more interesting.

One suspects the extended conversation by a handful of voters around the long ambient tracks, may not translate into votes from the majority of voters. But, honestly who can say?

I think Kano last time, was the most decisive winner from beginning to end, but I don't see such an obvious winner this time.

I’m very much expecting those to only receive votes from discerning, refined loungers such as myself :)

Oh I think I phrased my question the wrong way round. What I meant to say was if you don't vote are you advantaged, because 10 people might give your song a 10, but you don't give any points to anyone? Think I'm overthinking it

Think of it more as an opportunity to have twice the say in the outcome, rather than a disadvantage. There will be no limitations on the 0-10 jury vote.

Bit early, innit? I won't get home until after 6.30...that is not enough time to get bathed, fed, pyjama'd and drunk.

I do honestly believe I have the best song based on the others I heard last night. I look forward to hearing the rest tomorrow, but I hope they have what the majority of the songs in heat one lacked - a heart.

I should be here, I have a VERY BUSY DAY on uni related zoom calls tomorrow which don’t finish until five then my MUM a wants to put the tree up now I’m back home

SBS: So Busy @Soldi
I mean we have to do some sort of FOCUS GROUP thing tomorrow and haven’t been told anything about it until today which is hardly HELPFUL! Currently trying to organise something despite having no clue what it’s all for :D

ANYWAY, I really liked the sultry french lady and the twenty year long German instrumental last night so I’m waiting for something to top them (:ken:)

Worth noting that an artist from the first part appears again tonight. I believe this is a first.

ANY IDEA WHO?
