daaayyyaaamn if this isn't just the MOST GORGEOUS SONG OF ALL TIME. eternal Avril fave. I skimmed the tracklist earlier and didn't see it so this is a very pleasant surprise. I really feel like this song was a big smash hit waiting to happen - I'm not sure how they fucked that up for her. melancholy and triumphant and bittersweet and nostalgic all at once. it's transcendent!

the PURRED SPOKEN WORD MIDDLE 8 is truly the icing on the cake.
