not sure how best to describe this album except to say that it's warm, organic, synth-adjacent pop that's serving a little Carly, a little MUNA, perhaps a bit of Nina Nesbitt and a touch of HAIM.

production by Jim-E Stack, who is reliably excellent, and Ariel Rechtshaid on one track.

the songs don't fully explode but do take joyful turns here and there. Seasons Bloom is my fave so far, but title track and Walking at Midnight are lovely too

this track from last year is the best thing she's done

LUSH

I listened to her last album, Is It Selfish If We Talk About Me Again, which has a great name. I think I liked it but I can’t really remember much. I’ll check this out

Gave Seasons Bloom a quick listen and it is LUSH! :disco: Will definitely check out the rest of the album tomorrow.

Truly horrible album title. Sounds like a polite description of a stupid child. But the album is really nice!
