Given this year is the 20th anniversary, and the last time we did a full refresh was three years ago, I thought we could update the banner.

Below are the (broadly correct) lists of who is in the banner currently. I've also included the forum structure as inspiration too.

Please suggest any additions, removals, or picture changes
