MOOPYFESTIVALEN 2023

AKA: the two heats where the winner of the overall competition isn't here but it will drum up some hype.

Same rules as the last time: The top 2 in each semi-final will move on to the Moopyfestivalen Final, 3rd/4th place to Second Chance. 5th-7th placers will be deported to San Marino where they will perform backing vocals for the likes of Kitty Brucknull and Greta Tude in their next National Final.
