Interesting teaser where some noted Eurovision performers and certified dUb faves are reacting to it

It's positive but they're not exactly BLOWN AWAY :D

Why did Sofi Marinova ignore Europe’s most romantic language?

Lyric translation - they really are miserable as sin! :disco:

Do you know the feeling
That your dreams won't come true
Are you ever scared
It will always stay the same
Because it's raining every day
And I can't see anything
You and me together, right?
That would always be so

Here in the deep, I keep hearing your name
Oh, my love, what should I do
I'm in the deep and I don't want to let you go

I'm hiding under the table
And I hope that you'll find me
I've been waiting all night
Oh, I'm acting childish
I'm biting my tongue again
And I know you do too
But god, what else can I do
When is it enough

Here in the deep, I keep hearing your name
Oh, my love, what should I do
I'm in the deep and I don't want to let you go
No, no, no, no
Don't want to let you go

Here in the deep, I keep hearing your name
Oh, my love, what should I do
I'm in the deep and I don't want to let you go

Overall opinion seems to be that it’s a great song for us but not sure if it will work at Eurovision.

I hoped for something a bit more uptempo but I do think it’s a good entry. I think we can make it into the final again.

Love it! I think she could be a dark horse actually.

I think this will really struggle with the public tbh..

Though it is still a fave chez Soldi :disco:

It confuses me that it's collapsed in the odds over the last week or two, because so far as I can tell...absolutely nothing has happened that you'd expect to cause that.

I do worry about it. It's going for exactly the same audience as Portugal, and Portugal seems to have much more widespread appeal.

I don't think it's going for the exact same audience as Portugal at all! This has a much younger, Eilishy audience appeal I think.

Why though?
I think it’ll just slip through the net and finish mid-table with the public. As much as I love it, unless the staging is REALLY EFFECTIVE I can‘t see it being a point grabber from the public.

Portugal I feel will follow a similar course to last year. Top ten with the juries and a relatively low televote, but still getting a decent result overall.

Although I am a bit over it at the moment I still think this will qualify easily.
