i've been having a bit of a tori revival lately (not making the greatest artists poll on moopy is a crime despite her more recent efforts) and i always find myself rather eager to play quite a few tracks off this her only uk number one album which i however never rate as one of my favourite tori records (hello choirgirl, venus and pele - the last of which i ironically never feel like listening to)

anyway, cloud on my tongue is probably to this day my favourite tori song, cornflake girl is perhaps her greatest moment of proper pop perfection and space dog is well just space dog

00 Pretty Good Year
00 God
00 Bells for Her
00 Past the Mission
00 Baker Baker
00 The Wrong Band
00 Waitress
00 Cornflake Girl
00 Icicle
00 Cloud on my Tongue
00 Space Dog
00 Yes Anastasia

Just popped this on, after Pretty Good Year came into my head. It was one the first albums I loved. I found it pretty complex aged 13 but it's aged pretty well.

I've been listening to Cloud On My Tongue quite a lot recently, I've always found it such a beautiful song. It usually sets me RIGHT off, too šŸ˜¢
