Though actually I think there MIGHT still be one in Edinburgh... I wonder if it's worth the risk of Omicron exposure for a special trip there next week :shock:

I’m UTTERLY BEREFT we don’t have Delice de France in the North. I recall my joy arriving at Euston a few months ago and seeing TWO within minutes!

Sheffield Station love, smack bang right in the middle so you can soak in all the ATMOSPHERE and enjoy the EXCITING EVENTS of a train station.

It’s also full of lovely northern GAMMON.

I've never heard of it or seen one. I thought we were talking about the (vile) winter squash cultivar.
 
I will say that as fancy as it is, the newly redeveloped Queen Street station here in Glasgow is a bit bare on the amenities front, with just two small coffee stalls (one from local chain Tinderbox and the other apparently UNBRANDED) in this bit of the concourse when I walked through it the other day:

There are apparently plans for a hot mezzanine level off to one side for food and drink outlets, so I'll be crossing everything in the hope we finally get a Pumpkin to call our own 🎃
 
I don’t recall seeing this chain before. What London stations are they in?
 
Judging based solely on those London locations, I would rather go hungry.

Since making this post I have had the good fortune to enjoy a warm beverage at the Pumpkin café at Stoke-on-Trent station, and I can confirm that all the rave reviews are deserved. I'd go as far as to say that it's in the TOP TWO cafés on that particular platform :disco:
