I think that might be 42 of the best songs we've ever had. I'm glad I don't have to vote for them. Oh, I do. Anyway. Votes to me by PM with the below points totals:-

I'm here with semi #1. Let's hear it for the poster who thinks Dancing Towards Disaster is obscure (although I don't penalise as we are all on different wavelengths, which is somewhat the point). Well anyway, it's a toe tapper, but I'm not exactly banging my feet at LA Suite for it.
 
Sadly The Princess has not excitedly rebranded, King Princess sings in that style I just can't bare. The chorus is a saver. It has nudged itself onto my pile of potentials.
 
I'm here for Ανδριάνα Μπάμπαλη's 90s downtempo fantasia. It's like a lost Zelda number from Breath of the Wild (it's the piano taking me there).
 
Is a mystery poster shooting their country load with Lee Ann Womack too soon? I've long wanted a country ASFM theme - just saying. She definitely saw Shania's Come On Over photos and thought I'll have what she's having (which are words Shania's bff also said :basil:)

Song is quite low key, but nice and lilting.
 
La Femme is a mood peice. Dreamy. The young Debbie McGee and her down-turned eyes serving Susan Ann Sulley for days.

That instrumental breakdown bit is hot but…it’s an artist with many big EDM hits not to mention TIESTO on the remix. Next time try to find someone a little more OBSCURE from the New Music Friday playlist.
