Charlotte Awbrey is over, more than three years after tits out doing the macarena, World Health Organization says

My mum also have recently experienced the corona virus, she felt anxiety, stress, insomnia for a month after that, she was very irritable - I bought her a soothing tea, a complex of vitamins and amino acids ( i found great for my all family in Canadian pharmacy ) and she is already a little better , who has had such an experience?

Of course Boris Johnson now resigns as MP while sending a resignation letter of vitriol, of course nothing is ever his fault

Boris Johnson sent out an honours list recently - do you think this should have been blocked by Sunak?

The list is crammed with dames and knighthoods for some of Mr Johnson's defenders in the parliamentary party.
But there are plenty of Conservative detractors, those who describe the list as "ghastly" or full of "sycophants".
For them, the list has damaged their party specifically and trust in politics more generally.
But it also allows the opposition to portray Rishi Sunak as weak for not blocking the list.
Convention suggests prime ministers don't veto their predecessors' honours.
But Mr Johnson was a very unconventional occupant of No 10.

I mean, it makes total sense for it to exist, but at the same time I'm howling at the realisation there's a Coronavirus moopy sub forum with threads like "What face mask do you wear?"

I hope some of you turned out to be covid denying nutjobs :disco:

It's an interesting read given that most of the face masks the public wear are generally ineffective.

There’s been a cough going round work but we’ve all been testing negative :o

I felt a bit rough last night and used up my last test. Nada.

At this point unless others (outside of hyper cautious internet circles) do so, I'm probably not going to buy and use more tests. Last time I had it I was almost asymptomatic and tested almost by chance. The only person I know with long term effects in the real world is the pub antivaxxer who ended up needing to carry oxygen cylinders around. It's not novel anymore (either by vaccination or at this point we've all had it), I don't think it's worth big disruptions over like being stuck at home for a week and cancelling your plans. And a simple case of "no one else cares so why should I?"

Besides, this means it's even more infectious than the last and literally everyone got that no matter how cautious they were. What's the point.

There is a cough going around the office here too. I don't think any of them are testing or want to know either.

I've got a box of tests left but I don't think I would even bother using them unless it was at the point i was considering going to the doctor

I haven’t heard of anyone I know getting it for what it feels like years. Not sure if people even get tested anymore.

I had it for a second time in late June and it wasn't pleasant this time around either. Two weeks later I managed to pick up another viral infection. I still haven't recovered properly from that double whammy.

I only test now if there’s a big meeting I’m keen to get out of.
Very honest lol and I'm in about the same place. Now is actually a convenient time (not a lot going on at work, could use a break, and got a "social obligation" event to attend that I don't really want to but would be rude to turn down) so is one time I'd possibly push the boat out. Whatever I have right now isn't it though
