If I recall correctly, she was doing research on Diana's life in preparation for the grand theatre play she was preparing and, allegedly, she had chats with people from the palace. Or that's all in her head. The play did happen though and it was a triumphant failure
I recall that she was criticised for actually pronouncing Diana's name incorrectly throughout the play.

Well not only am I the future husband and arch-nemesis of @Suomi but italodisco is kind of my favourite genre: anything with a euro-accented weak vocal and melodramatic lyrics over a tinny beat really works for me!
