What are you eating this Christmas?

Beef Wellington(i hate turkey) with roast carrots, potatoes, mashed sweet potato, stuffing and yorkshires :disco: on the 24th cooked by me(both me and Mr Bypass are working on the 25th).

Then the Icelandic one on the 31st cooked by other half - roast gamon, smoked lamb, boiled potatoes in a honey glaze, red cabbage and cold peas :zombie:
 
But are the peas cooked and left to be cold, or cold and uncooked?

I quite like an uncooked fresh pea.
 
I was entirely behind cold peas until you said cold MUSHY peas

Could I eat the smoked lamb and use the cold mushy peas as a face mask?
