It can be different things, pomegranate molasses is what the Lebanese love to drench over everything.

You’re right! What HAS happened to gooseberries? It’s been years since I’ve spotted a pot of gooseberry FOOL nestling amongst the Müllers.

You never really see goosberries in store, mostly in fruit markets.

We had gooseberry bushes in our old house, we only ate them when they were unripe and sour. They didn’t taste half as good when ripe.

I’ve never made it myself but it’s essentially just a shit ton of butter, anchovies, garlic and olive oil, and it’s absolutely glorious.

yeah I don’t so much.. bananas are about it. Vegetables aren’t too bad though.
