No, Pfizer.
oh yeah that is unusual then. Most people are bad on the second one.
No, Pfizer.
Don't know if it helps but my bf had the illness from mid September to mid October and got his first jab last week.JABS BOOKED
it'll be Pfizer for me as well. I wonder if I'll experience side effects and to what degree now that I've already had the ILLNESS
Fantastic, thanks. Have brought mine forward by 2 weeks now. Now it’s not on the Saturday evening of the bank holiday weekend, I may actually be able to make some plans.Just brought my second appointment forward 3 weeks. The NHS website now lets you check availability before you cancel your existing appointment.
That's true. Is the dose different or is it the same one? Maybe it's a stupid question and it's well known, but I have no idea. If they're the same it's funny you have more effects after the second one, so I guess maybe it's a stronger dose?oh yeah that is unusual then. Most people are bad on the second one.
How are you doing? Any side effects? xDouble jabbed at last!

Of course!! Stick it in honey!I had an appointment today to do the first shot at night so that the heat (we have a heatwave) would have cooled down but now the hospital called me and said you can come anytime you like even now. Should I go now and be done with it?
I'm going to feel guilty if the heat gets you now, take a portable fan!Settled,am going there in an hour.
Don't forget to change your voteSettled,am going there in an hour.

Ooh these could feature in your next Moopyvision Karaoke video! They had a cute little garden with dahlias, pelargoniums and marygolds.
Didn't notice any effects of the second AZ dose at all (I still think the shoulder thing was because of how I was leaning in a meeting before it)
Completely unscientific speculation but I reckon for the adenovirus vaccines the body is seeing "actual virus" (albeit defanged) and ramping up the defenses first time, then second time it knows how to deal with it. But that for the mRNA ones the immune system is effectively being "programmed" by something that doesn't look like a virus so doesn't react, but second time it recognises it as "that sneaky bastard that got in and reprogrammed my immune system" and reacts accordingly. But this unscientific speculation comes with the problem that you'd have to keep "disguising" various booster shots so that the immune system doesn't just recognise "sneaky reprogramming thing" and get rid of it.
And lovely accompanying fever and chills. Thanks, immune response.
I realise there is little interest on Moopy for this, but I've read a few articles about how the vaccines can affect your periods and I've noticed that it's happened to me
Oh really? Nothing seems different for me but I've only had one since first vax, not counting the one that started ON the day of the appointment.I realise there is little interest on Moopy for this, but I've read a few articles about how the vaccines can affect your periods and I've noticed that it's happened to me
Hopefully you'll be the same as me. Dodgy after the first Pfizer, nothing but a slightly sore arm after the second.I'm getting my second Pfizer tomorrow. I definitely felt a little off for some time after the previous one so we'll see what this one has in store.
